What is Volume Reach?
Volume Reach is a business texting platform by Sun City Systems LLC. It gives teams a shared SMS inbox to have two-way conversations with their customers, with an AI assistant that drafts replies and escalates to a person when needed, plus MMS and built-in compliance. How do I get access to Volume Reach?
Volume Reach is available on the web at volumereach.com. If you'd like help getting set up for your business, email info@suncitysystems.com and we'll point you in the right direction.
Is there a mobile app?
Native iOS and Android apps are in development so teams can read and reply to customer texts on the go. The web app is available today.
How is my data handled?
We use encryption in transit, store authentication tokens in secure device-only storage, and keep long-lived credentials hashed on our servers. Push notifications never include message contents or phone numbers. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
How do I request account deletion?
Email info@suncitysystems.com from the address on your account, or use the account-deletion option in the app. Because Volume Reach accounts are tied to a business and its records, we'll explain what can be deleted and what may need to be retained for legal or compliance reasons. How do I stop receiving texts from a business?
If a business is texting you through Volume Reach, you can usually reply STOP to opt out, or contact that business directly. Businesses using Volume Reach are required to honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests.
